for 2024 are available in the vestibule. There is one free calendar per household. Additional calendars are $8.00 each. Place the money in the collection in a clearly marked envelope.

We will decorate the church for Christmas this Saturday, after the 8:00 am Mass. If you would like to volunteer to help, please contact Mary Onstott (208-651-1075).

This Tuesday is the final day for sponsoring one or more of the Christmas poinsettias for our church and chapel. You may do so by enclosing the donation of $15 per plant in the collection today, or by contacting the parish secretary no later than Tuesday morning.

Vespers are chanted at 4:30 pm in the seminary chapel on the Sundays of Advent, followed by the Rosary. All are welcome to attend.

Please make sure that your children are not leaving the church during Mass. Some children have been going downstairs or outside during portions of Sunday Mass.

Our annual school Christmas program takes place after the 9:00 am Mass this morning.

Wednesday, Friday & Saturday are the Ember Days for the winter season. All three days are days of fast for those bound to the Church fast; in addition, Wednesday and Saturday are days of partial abstinence, on which meat is permitted only once. Friday, as usual, is a day of total abstinence.
