The obligation of the Lenten fast
lasts throughout the season of Lent, on all days
except Sundays. Be sure to review and understand
the laws of the Church and to be faithful to them. All
Catholics between the ages of 21 and 59 are obligated
to fast unless you are excused due to a health reason.
