The following are the rules for the Votive Candles
in church:

1. One candle per household.
2. 4 weeks is the maximum time for a candle.
3. 3 candles are allowed at the Blessed Virgin
   Mary shrine and Saint Joseph shrine. All other
   Shrines may only have one candle.
